Givebutter offers a great value and is easy to present to board members as an alternative or addition. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, it plays well with our admittedly limited suite of other tools, and it's easy to share with both contributors and donors. There are some things I haven't figured out how to present well - for example a series of ticketed events that I want to create one portal for. It's not impossible, just a bit convoluted. There's also some ui for users/donors that I might critique a bit (for example the 'repeat for all' button can be hard to find for a first ticket on mobile and if users click the one on the second ticket, it clears information. These are challenges common to non-tech savvy users in general, but it'd be nice to be able to see some customizations or improvements for people who might be easily confused or intimidated by new systems.
