I love Gilt for its awesome products at a discount. They have a lot of quality products from a range of high end brands -- spanning from Monroe to Chanel. Their pictures are very well done and you really know what you're going to get in terms of colors / fit / etc. however lots of their products come damaged or have issues like the wrong item is sent. Unlike places like Wayfair or Costco, Gilt is stingy about how they "make it right" with their Gilt Concierge service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For such high-end products all online with no reviews on the website --- they should be offering outstanding customer service and instead they can be pretty stingy. They offer "Concierge" service which I used to find really awesome, now seems like classic stingy service where they don't send replacements or give credit where they really should.
