"Instant Gift Card Delivery Makes Rewards Effortless"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

There is no wait time between adding funds and sending a gift card since I can pay for them with our company card. With other virtual gift card services, we had to deposit money and wait a week or so for those funds to be available to use, which creates an inconvenience for our recipients. What do you dislike about Giftogram?

It would be nice if we could edit the sender email address or somehow prevent the emails from going to spam. We have at least one person for every round of gift cards we processed that somehow didn't receive their gift card, which leads to frustration that is entirely avoidable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

Giftogram allows us to provide honorariums to research participants without a delay, which has been majorly impactful for our team as we don't have to check the account daily to determine when we can send the gift cards. It is also, of course, impactful for our recipients. I also like that they have somewhat of a choice on what their gift card will be for - there is a wide range of options that allows our participants to go with something that is beneficial to them in the moment, which is also not usually possible on other similar services. "Effortless Gifting with a Wide Selection and Seamless Experience"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

Giftogram is incredibly easy to set up and use. I really appreciate the wide selection of card images available, especially since they are neatly organized by category. What I like most about Giftogram is how it removes the uncertainty of choosing which gift cards to send. You simply send the digital gift card, and the recipient gets to pick what they want! What do you dislike about Giftogram?

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike. If I were to offer a suggestion, it would be to have download reports available instantly, instead of having to wait several minutes for them to generate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to find a way to acknowledge employees' birthdays and anniversaries, but not everyone enjoys coffee, and VISA or MasterCard gift cards often have activation fees. Giftogram provided a great solution by letting recipients choose exactly what they want. For larger amounts, recipients can even select multiple different gift cards if they wish. "Streamlined Employee Recognition with Giftogram"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

I love the sheer variety that Giftogram offers. It gives the recipient the freedom to choose what they truly want, which makes the recognition feel much more meaningful. Also, the user interface is really intuitive on both the admin and employee side. The setup was surprisingly smooth, and the support team was very helpful and guided us through every step, from integration to customizing the rewards. One area that could be improved is the reporting features. While they provide basic tracking, more detailed analytics and customizable reports would be helpful for tracking engagement and impact. Though there aren't such however few handpicked limitations are -

Choice overload – having many options is great, but some recipients get confused what to pick.

Redemption friction – extra steps ( schedule timing) can slightly reduce the “instant delight.”

What do you like best about Giftogram?

The service is really fast. My employees dont wait to receive their Giftcard. There are so many choices. It's a time saver and makes my employees so happy. What do you dislike about Giftogram?

Transactions are in USD currency. It doenst impact the amount I set in CAD but if ever it was possible to be charged in CAD, it would be a must.
