I like the automation the patching system offers as well as its ability to be very selective on which products can be patched and to what level. I also like to the ability to keep an eye on the full state of the machine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface of the product needs to be upgraded. It has a very basic feel to it without any of the visual aspects which could make navigation and understanding easier. There also tends to be problems with the service unless the server is restarted often Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
