What do you like best about GFI FaxMaker?

The software integrates with exchange allowing users to fax from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GFI FaxMaker?

I do not like the licensing model GFI uses for their software. Also, the software hangs quite often forcing it to be restarted for faxes to start working again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GFI FaxMaker:

It seems like GFI like most vendors is moving away from on-premise options and to the cloud. Consider this when deciding which license to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GFI FaxMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

No longer need physical faxes which cuts down on purchase equipment, paper, toner, and improves security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
