Huge delays in support, where we got responses to each of our questions in 2-4 days. We signed an agreement with the company and they were so slow, that did not activate our account even in 10 days. Seeing such customer reputation, we requested to cancel our contract. They requested to pay 1 month of usage, even though they did not provide the service yet. Please be very careful, because they are not customer first company and I will recommend them to get wiser and change. Nobody wants to talk a customer who never knows your product. So now we face real customers. 2) You manage email sequence categorizations for customers; up or downsell via workflows. And Depending on opened emails, clicked links, you sort out the customers, and you change their registered "list". So customers start to receive emails which is more relevant through the list you manage. So we spend time on real customers. 3) With time schedule newsletters, you send specific emails based on events, webinars etc. Also this feature let your customer get emails by their own timezone, (not only your own country time zone) Getresponse care for this. The base plan includes 5000 names **What do you dislike about GetResponse?** The design interface for newsletters is cumbersome and assinine. I don't know who designed it, but I'd bet they've never had to use it. I noticed that the newsletter had my home address at the bottom because that is my billing address for my company. It took 45 minutes on chat tech support to change it to my business address!!! Why? Then there are two different areas to connect a list, one teeny tiny drop down menu at the top that you don't even notice or use, and one GIANT area that say "recipients" where you choose the list. So you have to go through an irritating obstacle course to change the address in the footer and save the list. Then you don't change the recipient's list, you change it in some other place. You can't do this easily if your newsletter is a draft. Then they automatically create some phantom list that is made-up with your name and bunch of letters and make it the default, so when you upload your real list, it gets over-ridden by this phantom list, and you have to figure out how not to make it the default. This is literally the most poorly designed piece of software I've ever used. If you ever plan to design a newsletter, don't use Get Response. **Recommendations to others considering GetResponse:** Don't use it to design newsletters.
