**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

The Automation Builder is probably the feature I use the most. When I first opened it, I honestly thought it was going to be another visual automation builder like so many others. After spending a little time with it, I realized it was far more flexible than I expected. Building customer journeys feels straightforward, the workflow is easy to follow, and making changes usually takes just a couple of minutes. Whenever the marketing team wants to adjust a condition or try a different path, I can update the automation without touching code or digging through documentation. That's something I really appreciate because it keeps everyone moving without turning every small change into a development task. Another thing I like is having so many tools in one place: landing pages, forms, newsletters, webinars, conversion funnels, and automations all work inside the same platform. That means fewer integrations to maintain, and as a developer, I'm always happy when a tool removes complexity instead of adding more. I've also had a really good experience with support. During one API integration, I had a few questions about events and automations. Instead of pointing me to another help article, they quickly understood what I was trying to build and suggested a much cleaner approach.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Some areas aren't as advanced as dedicated tools built for a single purpose. Personally, I'm happy with that because it keeps our stack much simpler, but I can see why larger teams with more specialized needs might still prefer separate tools for certain parts of their workflow.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to bring back users who had explored one of our new features but never finished signing up. As we started looking through the funnel, it became clear that people were dropping off at very different points in the journey. Instead of sending everyone the same follow-up email, we built a different automation for each scenario. Users who left during the first step received a much simpler explanation, while those who were just one click away from finishing got a completely different reminder. Within a few days, people who hadn't interacted with the product for weeks started coming back and completing the signup process. What I liked the most was how quickly we could adjust everything inside GetResponse. Marketing kept testing new ideas and refining the automations without waiting for development every time they wanted to make a change. That meant they could move fast, and I could stay focused on building the product instead of making small updates every other day.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

I like the organization and the visuals for GetResponse. It makes it easy to ensure I'm sending emails to the right people and makes it easy to track my campaigns. The analytics are very efficient. I appreciate how GetResponse makes it easy to get organized when communicating with customers, especially for sending promotions, software updates, or special product releases. The pricing is very clear, with non-confusing tiers, which makes it easy for me to know what to choose as a business owner. GetResponse was pretty solid for the price compared to other services I've used before, like Kit, Constant Contact, and ActiveCampaign.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

The tagging system in GetResponse isn't very efficient. It's a bit complicated when working with different lists and tagging users, especially the way automation works. It was sometimes difficult to organize and follow through with.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetResponse makes it easy to set up email campaigns and send emails automatically. It helps me communicate with prospects and customers, organize my campaigns, and ensure the right people receive my emails efficiently.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

What I like best about GetResponse is that it combines landing pages, contact management, email marketing, automation, and basic analytics in one platform. For small teams, it is helpful because you can launch a campaign quickly without needing too many separate tools. The landing page builder is simple enough to use, and the contact/list features make it easy to capture leads and follow up with them. I also appreciate that the support team helped provide the DNS records when I needed them, which made the setup process clearer.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

The main downside is that some technical settings are not easy to manage directly, especially DNS records for custom domains. Adding TXT, CNAME, MX, DKIM, or verification records often requires contacting support instead of being fully self-service. For basic landing pages this is fine, but when setting up analytics, email authentication, custom domains, and integrations, the process can feel slower than expected. It would be better if domain/DNS management was clearer and easier to control from one place.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetResponse helps us capture leads and manage follow-up in one place. Before using it, we needed separate tools for landing pages, forms, contact lists, and email campaigns. With GetResponse, we can create a landing page, collect enquiries, store contacts, and follow up with email marketing more easily. It saves time during campaign launches and helps keep leads organized instead of manually tracking everything across different platforms.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

The true standout of my collaboration with GetResponse is Adam Motyl, our account manager, like none I've had before. Thanks to him, I feel truly cared for as a client, and at a level I completely did not expect. Contact with Adam is exemplary: he always answers, always replies, and always knows what to say, even to the most detailed (and dumbest :) ) questions.

When I don't understand something or can't do something, Adam patiently explains step by step, and then sends a ready cheat sheet so I can calmly manage on my own. This shows that he truly cares about the client succeeding, not just ticking off a task. Such an attitude is more than professionalism.

Adam combines a rare mix: competence, patience, and genuine empathy. In times when everything is moving towards automation and AI, having such a person on the other side is a real treasure and a strong argument for staying with GetResponse longer.

The tool itself also does a good job. I like the simplicity of the interface while maintaining advanced features, so the implementation went smoothly. But it's thanks to Adam that I feel I have someone on my side I can rely on. I hope we will collaborate for as long as possible!

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

At the moment, I have not yet discovered such a function.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a Polish customer base for our ecommerce, which we started to develop. Thanks to GetResponse, we are building this base in a simple and intuitive way, but at the same time, we are building a relationship with our customers, nurturing them, building loyalty - and I don't have to do it manually, thanks to automations.

The platform is intuitive, and setting up email campaigns is straightforward. I also really appreciate the customer support—the live chat is responsive, polite, and helpful when you need to resolve account or billing issues

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

The billing policy regarding the contact limits can be very confusing. They count the total number of unique contacts "added" during a billing cycle rather than just the number of currently active contacts. What makes it worse is that there is no counter in the dashboard to monitor this specific metric, making it easy to accidentally exceed the limit. I also recently faced a technical glitch where a PayU payment was processed but failed to upgrade my plan automatically

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage my email marketing lists and stay in touch with my audience. However, the hidden billing mechanics and lack of transparent limits in the UI make it less user-friendly for small businesses that need predictable pricing

It’s very easy to use and has everything I need, from email marketing to webinars.GetResponse stands out for its intuitive interface and comprehensive feature set.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

I occasionally miss having more in-depth guides for advanced features, such as complex automation sequences.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GR solves the problem of tool fragmentation by bringing email marketing and webinars under one roof, so I don't have to pay for and manage multiple separate platforms. It also solves the issue of steep learning curves found in other tools because it's very user-friendly. The biggest benefit for me is saving time and streamlining my workflow, backed by reliable English support whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

The best aspect of get response platform is it offers a very strong combination of email marketing automation landing pages webinar and a CRM style customer engagement tool all bringing under a single platform drag and drop email builder is very much intuitive and their automation workflows are also very flexible this platform is overall beginner friendly still supporting the advanced campaigns their features like auto responders and audience segmentation and AI assisted content generation 2 web hosting and conversion funnels make this platform very much useful for sales and marketing teams and the sales enablement team of growing businesses.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Some of their advanced automation and ecommerce features are hidden behind the expensive high-tier plans, which significantly increases the cost at or business as it is scaling. Their user interface is generally clean, but certain workflow section needs to be polished, which is a bit complex for first-time users who are using a large number of tools in this space. Reporting customisation should also be deeper hints at certain areas.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us by centralising digital marketing activities into a single ecosystem instead of using separate tools for newsletters, automation, landing pages webinar and even for lead nurturing. The RR team can manage all these campaigns under a single dashboard, which overall improves our campaign consistency, reduces operational complexity, and it even helps us to generate and nurture those generated leads more effectively, a vital automated customer journey.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

What I like most about GetResponse is how many marketing tools are available in one place. Email marketing, automation, landing pages, pop-ups, live chat, and forms work together seamlessly, making it much easier to manage campaigns without relying on multiple platforms.

The automation builder is intuitive and flexible, allowing us to create effective customer journeys, especially for abandoned carts and post-purchase communication. I also appreciate the clean interface, reliable email delivery, and the ease of integrating GetResponse with our e-commerce platform. Overall, it saves time and helps us run more efficient marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

At the time of the pilot, I didn't have enough time to fully explore all of GetResponse's features, so it was difficult to identify any real downsides. The initial experience was positive, but I needed more time with the platform to form a fair opinion.

GetResponse helped us centralize our marketing activities in one platform. We used it to automate email campaigns, recover abandoned carts, communicate with customers more effectively, and engage website visitors through pop-ups and live chat. This saved us time, simplified our workflow, and helped us create a more consistent customer experience.

Every opt-in logs timestamps and visitor IPs permanently for audits, plus ready German consent forms that pass local data authority checks. Consent-based list segmentation keeps cross-border partner data isolated to avoid unlawful processing violations.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Large batch contact imports often break our custom compliance fields and require tedious manual fixes. There are no formal templates suited for policy brief newsletters, and German-speaking support only works standard hours—no help available for after-hours GDPR disclosure emergencies.

We eliminated disjointed spreadsheets and risky foreign-hosted marketing tools. Built-in consent tracking cuts hours of manual audit prep, standardizes diplomatic outreach, and keeps all partner data handling fully compliant with German and EU privacy regulations.

I use GetResponse for email marketing, marketing automation, landing page creation, lead generation, and ecommerce marketing. It helps me run campaigns, nurture leads, recover abandoned carts, host webinars, and track performance all in one platform. GetResponse solves several key marketing problems for our business. It lets us create and send professional email campaigns without technical skills. It helps capture leads with landing pages and forms, and nurtures them with automation workflows. It unifies email, automation, and basic ecommerce tools in one place, so we don’t need multiple separate platforms. It also tracks campaign performance clearly, helping us improve results efficiently. What I like most about GetResponse is that it’s an all-in-one marketing platform that combines email marketing, automation, landing pages, and lead generation in one easy-to-use solution. It’s simple enough for quick daily tasks but powerful enough to run full marketing campaigns, saving us time and letting us manage everything without switching between tools. The email marketing editor and marketing automation workflows are extremely valuable. The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to design professional emails without coding. The automation tools let us nurture leads and follow up with customers automatically, saving a lot of manual work. I also really appreciate the landing page builder—it’s fast to set up high-converting pages to grow our email list. Having all these tools in one place keeps our marketing consistent and efficient. The initial setup of GetResponse was so easy.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

A few areas could be better: Some advanced automation features are less flexible compared to other tools. The reporting dashboard could be more intuitive and visually clear. Certain template designs look a bit outdated. Integrations with some third-party tools can also be slow or limited. Customer support can sometimes take longer to reply during busy periods.
