What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

I really like the customizable dashboard and menu widgets. I appreciate the focused, sequential approach to marketing and selling digital products like if I'm designing email Auto responders that's all I have to look and think about. What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

I really wish there were more project completion reminders and progress bars built into the dashboard so I could know if my funnel is missing pages or my contacts haven't been followed up with in so many days. Also I would like to see more content ideas, instructions and encouragement around the GetResponse affiliate program as it relates to creating funnels. What problems is GetResponse MAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

GetResponse is solving the problem of being an all-in-one marketing solution for me. I like that they have live and paid webinar features that I can't wait to start using next week. I really think my social media strategy will benefit from GetResponse webinars because it will allow me to encompass all my digital touch points, strengthen my customer relationships , and share all the resources I have learned over the past decade in a weekly webinar session where I can serve my ideal customers and foster loyalty all in one weekly webinar session. What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

There’s a lot to like, especially given the complexity of pharma communication. That said, one area that could be improved is the alignment with industry-specific compliance needs — for example, tighter integration with CRM platforms like Veeva or more built-in support for consent and opt-out tracking across multiple systems.

I have to be honest – the beginnings were not the easiest. The vast array of functions and possibilities of GetResponse MAX is overwhelming at first. You need to dedicate a lot of time to learning and understanding all the options. Scheduling a meeting with support can sometimes be difficult, but when the consultation happens, it is helpful. The educational materials are good, but they require commitment and a lot of after-hours experimentation.

The possibility of automation. We can create complex paths that respond to our customers' behaviors in real-time. Dynamic content in emails, segmentation – all of this makes our messages more relevant.

"A new, higher level of marketing"

What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

Thanks to GetResponse MAX, our email campaigns have reached a higher level. The deliverability of our messages has significantly improved. Our newsletters now look professional. Our sales team has access to reports that help them promote our products more effectively. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. "Good support & great possibility to work with conditional formatting"

What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

We primarily needed a tool to send daily job notifications to all of our colleagues. GetResponse become the obvious choice since they could meet our techincal requirements, e.g. conditional formatting, for a reasonable price. Even though some technical details weren't obvious at first, we got good customer support and was able to find an easy way of achieving our goal in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

At the moment the statistics don't show Gmail Spam Complaint Rates that are made directly to their ISP, which is an disadvantage since >50% of our recipient are Gmail-addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email Tracking, Statistics, Transactional Emails and Daily Notifications to colleagues. Since we have different business areas and both colleagues and customers in different stages it was particularly important to be able to have the possibility to use conditional formatting in emails, which GetResponse has given us an easy way to do.
