- price is high when you want to get a new feature, for example, in terms of automation sequences
- having a legacy and a new page editor is something akward and means some limitations
- not having a simple and easy way to duplicate landing pages, in order to use your pre-built LPs in your funnels built with GR

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

I love that so many of the features I want are here in this one platform.

The reason I switched to GetResponse was a combination of falling in LOVE with the sales funnel functionality and the price.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

After getting into GR I found that the sales funnel functionality is on their old website and email editor and it doesn't seem to be a priority to update which bewilders me since EVERYONE is talking about how online business owners need a funnel.  Instead they're adding a course platform and I get it everyone is talking about that, too.  But I'd love to see your current functionality be amazing and updated before adding more.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed more analytics, better email functionality, and when I found it also has sales funnel and website capabilties I was sold.  GR allows me to bring together quite a few of my software needs into one platform and without sacrificing functionality within that range of features.

The platform's design is clean and intuitive, making it easy to use and navigate. Tools and features are well organized. Most functions can be completed with just few clicks.

Difficult to integrate with Amember platform. Mastering automations workflow takes some time.

Nice pre-designed templates and a drag-and-drop editor that makes creating visually appealing emails easy. It also includes tools for audience segmentation and A/B testing. This enables to reach the right audience with right messages.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

I like how everything is really straightforward to use, while staying capable of making really shrewd technical processes. Additionally, I absolutely love your customer support. You are really fast, efficient, and I haven't had a single interaction where I didn't get my question answered easily. I really appreciated it.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

There's not a lot that I dislike. One thing that would be really valuable is the ability to manage client accounts from one single login. As is, I have to keep different accounts for myself and different clients. I'd like to be able to switch between the accounts at ease rather than login separately.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used other platforms, like Mailchimp and ConvertKit, and GetResponse does the best job of filling in gaps that I've found. It's the only one that has the most comprehensive flow builder for automated responses, and it has a very good visual designer alongside the ability to do long form text emails. Getresponse solves the problem of needing multiple tools that operate at a high level without sacrificing quality. I love it.

We like the versatility, the wide range of possibilities and tools of the platform, plus the customer service is fast, friendly, and very effective.

We have developed mailing campaigns for our auditors with an excellent receipt rate.

We use the tool for mailing, so far there is nothing we don't like.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

GetResponse is easy to use and I can do most things by myself but if something is a little confusing they have AI help and live support so answers are easy to get and I don't waste time trying to figure stuff out.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

My only issue has been implementing a Google tag for tracking ads has been difficult.  Not sure if the issue is Google or GetResponse but I create the tag, implement it and then it fails.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetResponse has made it easy to create multiple landning pages and then A/B test them to see which ones get us the best results and then automatically follow up with leads and customers with automated email sequences.

Its simplicity. The way the email marketing system, auto responder, landing page and website are designed are top notch.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Nothing really but If I must mention one that's the payout info for partners. I feel there should be multiple options not limited only to pay pal and wire transfer.

Get response is solving a lot of problems. They've made the platform so easy that even a lazy person can use the AI generated tools to communicate with their customers or clients.

I love the automation and especially the live chat feature.  If I ever get stuck, or something isn't working, I get immediate help!
If that support person can't help me, they immediately send it over to the development department, and I get an email with the answers I need.
Excellent service! Even better support!!

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Honestly, nothing!  I haven't used everything available yet, but I'm sure they'll be great.

I wouldn't hesitate to use GetResponse.  It's truly the best service I've used so far!

It wasn't letting me access the email editor from the reports page.  It was fixed quickly so I had no downtime.

Customer Support on really good level - realy fast response. It is also easy to integreate with my website (Wordpress).  The ability to test full functionality during the trial period.

Plenty of options can be difficult for beginners but with Customer Support it is getting easier.

I love how easy it is to use all the features and the software! There's a minimal learning curve and anytime I am stuck or unsure of something, there's immediate, live help available with a wonderful staff! I had to move two websites over, and it was done with ease! I am running most of my services through this system, and there's little need for additional systems or software. I use GetResponse daily and have so much fun creating newsletters, landing pages, and websites! Their AI system simplifies the process of building websites, landing pages, newsletters, and emails! Integration and implementation were an ease!

I can't use bought leads, even if they are verified by a reputable company and the people on the list have opted into receiving solicitations.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

We use it primarily for email marketing - our newsletter communication, and so far it's been super intuitive and straightforward. Allows us to design and adjust our designs as we go which is helpful based on how frequently we use the software. Various gif options to include, loads well and the preview option helps you see how the messages look in dark/light modes, on mobiles. I personally love the 'perfect timing' option which allows you to send the message at the most convenient time based on their past behaviour and their timezone. Customer support is always helpful and fast, which is a huge plus!

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

I would love to see more in-depth and customizable options for reporting whether for growth or email data, and for it to look a bit prettier.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to communicate with our loyal customer base regarding our updates, offers & promotions, our company and highlights. Keeps us connected and serves as a means of communication with those who are already aware of our company.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

I regularly use GetResponse to reach out to a big database of music fans with newsletters featuring news, new music, new merchanise and anything else relevant that needs to be promoted. As someone who works in the music industry, I feel GetResponse is a great tool for artists and musicians looking to expand their reach and connect with their fanbase. 

Not only is GetResponse really easy to use (you don’t need to be an expert to get your head around it), it also integrates various other programmes, such as wordpress. This integration allows me to collect hundreds of email addresses every week, passively. These are people who have opted in to receive newsletters via our website as well as those who choose to receive merchandise newsletters while making purchases from the online merch store. 

Back to making newsletters: GetResponse allows you to customise your newsletters however you deem fit. It makes it very easy to send out emails that are representative of your brand – you can add images, use any colour you could possibly want etc. You can be as creative as you like! 

Another thing I’ve used GetResponse for are card abandonment emails. These have contributed greatly to boosting sales. 

Finally, I can’t fault GetResponse's customer service – it’s been fantastic every time I’ve needed assistance.

We have yet to come across anything that we dislike about GetResponse.

The interface is simple and intuitive, it is easy to create mailing creations, add graphics and replace links. 
It took us some time to connect via API, but we did it in one go. All reported problems are taken care of.
We use the platform to send web pushes, newsletters and sales mailings every day. Our cooperation runs smoothly.

Automation Interface Lacks Friendliness: A bit of a learning curve for complex automation.

Basic Website Builder: Not ideal for complex websites, but sufficient for simple landing pages.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetResponse helps us to send unlimited emails to our subscribers. We have a strong customer base wh o register on our website to attend online webinars. We use the Get Response platform to send webinar confirmation emails and follow-up reminders to inform students about the webinar date and time and other necessary information.

The customer service! Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out how to succeed in emailmarketing, and for e.a. automations, but the customer service team is always there to help you within 1 minute.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

There could be more 'help' options at some points, which give an explanation about an option. like in the automation or when creating 'scores' of segments'.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem that in my last email provider system, there were limitations about segmenting my audience. GetResponse offers more options to segment the audience.
