**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

I like the organization and the visuals for GetResponse. It makes it easy to ensure I'm sending emails to the right people and makes it easy to track my campaigns. The analytics are very efficient. I appreciate how GetResponse makes it easy to get organized when communicating with customers, especially for sending promotions, software updates, or special product releases. The pricing is very clear, with non-confusing tiers, which makes it easy for me to know what to choose as a business owner. GetResponse was pretty solid for the price compared to other services I've used before, like Kit, Constant Contact, and ActiveCampaign.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

The tagging system in GetResponse isn't very efficient. It's a bit complicated when working with different lists and tagging users, especially the way automation works. It was sometimes difficult to organize and follow through with.

GetResponse makes it easy to set up email campaigns and send emails automatically. It helps me communicate with prospects and customers, organize my campaigns, and ensure the right people receive my emails efficiently.

The best aspect of get response platform is it offers a very strong combination of email marketing automation landing pages webinar and a CRM style customer engagement tool all bringing under a single platform drag and drop email builder is very much intuitive and their automation workflows are also very flexible this platform is overall beginner friendly still supporting the advanced campaigns their features like auto responders and audience segmentation and AI assisted content generation 2 web hosting and conversion funnels make this platform very much useful for sales and marketing teams and the sales enablement team of growing businesses.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Some of their advanced automation and ecommerce features are hidden behind the expensive high-tier plans, which significantly increases the cost at or business as it is scaling. Their user interface is generally clean, but certain workflow section needs to be polished, which is a bit complex for first-time users who are using a large number of tools in this space. Reporting customisation should also be deeper hints at certain areas.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us by centralising digital marketing activities into a single ecosystem instead of using separate tools for newsletters, automation, landing pages webinar and even for lead nurturing. The RR team can manage all these campaigns under a single dashboard, which overall improves our campaign consistency, reduces operational complexity, and it even helps us to generate and nurture those generated leads more effectively, a vital automated customer journey.

I use GetResponse for email marketing, marketing automation, landing page creation, lead generation, and ecommerce marketing. It helps me run campaigns, nurture leads, recover abandoned carts, host webinars, and track performance all in one platform. GetResponse solves several key marketing problems for our business. It lets us create and send professional email campaigns without technical skills. It helps capture leads with landing pages and forms, and nurtures them with automation workflows. It unifies email, automation, and basic ecommerce tools in one place, so we don’t need multiple separate platforms. It also tracks campaign performance clearly, helping us improve results efficiently. What I like most about GetResponse is that it’s an all-in-one marketing platform that combines email marketing, automation, landing pages, and lead generation in one easy-to-use solution. It’s simple enough for quick daily tasks but powerful enough to run full marketing campaigns, saving us time and letting us manage everything without switching between tools. The email marketing editor and marketing automation workflows are extremely valuable. The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to design professional emails without coding. The automation tools let us nurture leads and follow up with customers automatically, saving a lot of manual work. I also really appreciate the landing page builder—it’s fast to set up high-converting pages to grow our email list. Having all these tools in one place keeps our marketing consistent and efficient. Whenever I’ve run into an issue, the support team has been very helpful and has resolved the problem within minutes.

Probably the only issues I’ve found that affect me are that the automations and the landing page builder feel limited. Don’t get me wrong—it does the job, but I’d really love more options and flexibility when creating.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

GetResponse has been amazing for our business. The implementation & integration is really easy and there are tons of tutorials which help you set everything up. We use it on a day to day basis for our email marketing. All features that we need are covered and the prices are the cheapest we could find. Customer Support is great too. They even send you hand-made video recordings if you have a specific question about a  feature that isn't explained elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Some things were a bit difficult to understand at first (like the fact that if you add contacts via API you need to make sure to add them to the autoresponder list seperately, otherwise the Auto Responder won't work), but that was mainly our own mistake and was easily fixed by their support team.

Sending emails to my customers after purchasing & email marketing.

I love the way I was helped today with several problems that were driving me crazy. I was pleased that I could be listened to and helped with videos that made things much easier. Many thanks for your effective attention :)

The system is not very intuitive; it would be very useful to provide a list of steps to follow if we want to perform specific actions. For example: to create a newsletter, you need to follow these steps, or to connect GetResponse with your landing page. I don't know, it's just an idea :) Blessings

I couldn't connect get response with my landing page and the confirmation message was in another language, the help I received was immensely useful. I was scared because my English isn't perfect, but I was able to communicate with Adam, he was patient and sent me videos with the modus operandi to solve all my problems, so I was very happy and recommended him to my training colleagues who are learning to automate.

I run a 27-year-old company, and despite many attempts over the years, I never managed to fully commit to a mass mailing/email marketing platform. Relying on organic, individual emails slowed down our business significantly—and worse, some messages were flagged as spam for no valid reason.

There’s also a wealth of information available, so you can grow as advanced as you like, yet the system remains straightforward and accessible.

I’ve come to truly respect the company—not only for how they run their business, but also for how they explain, guide, and support customers through webinars and resources.

The customer support team is outstanding. I received lightning-fast, clear, and complete responses to my questions. On one occasion, they even recorded a custom video during a live chat to resolve my issue instantly. That level of service is extraordinary. Having trained hundreds of people in complaint handling and communication myself, I can confidently say their support sets a benchmark in the industry. The only way it could get better would be if someone from GetResponse visited me in person with their laptop!

Before committing, I tried another competitor for comparison. But after struggling with a clunkier process, I quickly realised I had already found the right solution with GetResponse.

Thanks to automation, it is possible to save time on repetitive tasks, such as sending welcome messages and follow-ups. The form tools help in acquiring new contacts automatically, which expand the database.

I have to be honest – the beginnings were not the easiest. The vast array of functions and possibilities of GetResponse MAX is overwhelming at first. You need to dedicate a lot of time to learning and understanding all the options. Scheduling a meeting with support can sometimes be difficult, but when the consultation happens, it is helpful. The educational materials are good, but they require commitment and a lot of after-hours experimentation.
Another thing is the cost. GetResponse MAX is not the cheapest solution on the market. For smaller companies with limited resources, this can be a significant investment.

The possibility of automation. We can create complex paths that respond to our customers' behaviors in real-time. Dynamic content in emails, segmentation – all of this makes our messages more relevant. 
Another advantage is the scalability of the platform. Often, as a company grows, marketing needs become increasingly complex. GetResponse MAX handles large amounts of data and contacts. There's no need to worry about whether the system can handle the load.

They not only have a modern interface with all the bells and whistles and then some, but they also have a highly responsive customer support team.  I can honestly say that I am super impressed by this company where I feel so very motivated to act as an affiliate for them and a cheerleader of sorts.  It's quite ironic they just kill the competition on price versus benefits so at first glance I figured they must be lacking somewhere.  Surely it would be in support they are lacking I wondered.  The first day of use I was proven 100% wrong.  They're customer support is some of the best I've ever experienced.  I will never use another provider.

I have not found much so far, I guess if I dig deep I could say that some of the features are not entirely self-intuitive.  This being said, I can totally live with it because their stellar customer support negates this point because I've never had to wait more than a minute or two for my questions to be answered by their team.

I like the fact I can create my own websites / landing pages, I can setup my email, communications, autoresponders and more with it. You don't need to be an expert in programming because you drag and remove sections from your pages as you go. You actually get to create pages with the help of AI. Plus, you can sign up with for a 30-day free trial and start working from scratch. And they have great costumer service.

When you think you know everything about marketing and it turns out you get a tool that completely changes your work. I really like the complexity of tools like creating an email with a great gradient design to a form and finally an in-depth analysis to be able to persecute your clients at the highest level! To sum up, the tools are easy to use and if you don't know something, the support team answers your questions very quickly.

I would add a few more tools that could communicate with social media and run even broader campaigns with just one button.

The ease of use, I like the dashboard and the lead page builder is very easy to use. Overall, a very clean user interface. I've just started using it so I haven't used the more advance features, but what I have done so far, such as set up an email sequence is easy and intuitive. It was easy to implement and begin using it.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

I wish the countdown timer on the lead pages could link to another page, in my case I wanted to link it to an expired page and another affiliate offer. I emailed customer service and they were responsive, but they said this will not be added back in as a feature, at least for now.

GetResponse makes email campaigns very easy to use and it links well with LeadPages.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

It has many features which makes my work easy like Automation: GetResponse offers a wide range of automation options, including autoresponders, drip campaigns, and webinars, List Segmentation, marketing funnels, A/B testing, email designing, landing pages, forms and analytics....

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

Its is one of the best tool for email marketing automation for small and mid-scale companies but compare to other crm tools like Salesforce, Hubspot it still needs to grow.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetResponse is an email marketing tool that helps businesses and individuals to effectively communicate with their audience through email. GetResponse helps to solve a number of challenges that businesses and individuals face when it comes to email marketing, such as: Creating and sending effective email campaigns, Building and managing email lists, Automating email campaigns, lead generation, Marketing and Brand building as well as feedback for products and services improvement.

I like their customer support because they were quick to respond and informed me about the issue I was having.  They have a good chat box where you can get an expert to answer your questions.  I even got a very useful link explaining my issue.

The site can be overwhelming and a bit challenging to complete fully.

Helps me track my email marketing.

I like GetResponse because it's extremely user-friendly. Even complex tasks seem simple, thanks to step-by-step training and videos. The auto-responder feature is a huge benefit, effortlessly adding subscribers to my lists and sending automated emails. I also appreciate the affordability of the plans and the great customer service.

All at once, clear stadistics, easy to edit templates.

It´s kind hard to handle at first, additionally it gets expensive if your database increase.

**What do you like best about GetResponse?**

You talk to an actual human everytime. The chat bot just guides you on where to go but it makes talking to a live expert immediately possible. Their customer service agents are really helpful, and will quickly provide instructions or video help to navigate you to what you're looking to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about GetResponse?**

I'd say that the builder for newsletters and landing pages are a tiny bit clunky, but in comparison to what? GetResponse's landing page builder is light years better than the biggest website builder.

**What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing to reach potential partners immediately and track their interest to see whether or not it is worth moving forward. Not only is it saving me time, it's allowing me to be more precise and efficient in who I am actually doing business with.
