GetResponse has been amazing for our business. The implementation & integration is really easy and there are tons of tutorials which help you set everything up. We use it on a day to day basis for our email marketing. All features that we need are covered and the prices are the cheapest we could find. Customer Support is great too. Some things were a bit difficult to understand at first (like the fact that if you add contacts via API you need to make sure to add them to the autoresponder list seperately, otherwise the Auto Responder won't work), but that was mainly our own mistake and was easily fixed by their support team. The system is not very intuitive; it would be very useful to provide a list of steps to follow if we want to perform specific actions. For example: to create a newsletter, you need to follow these steps, or to connect GetResponse with your landing page.
