GetResponse has been amazing for our business. The implementation & integration is really easy and there are tons of tutorials which help you set everything up. We use it on a day to day basis for our email marketing. All features that we need are covered and the prices are the cheapest we could find. Customer Support is great too. Some things were a bit difficult to understand at first (like the fact that if you add contacts via API you need to make sure to add them to the autoresponder list seperately, otherwise the Auto Responder won't work), but that was mainly our own mistake and was easily fixed by their support team. The system is not very intuitive; it would be very useful to provide a list of steps to follow if we want to perform specific actions. For example: to create a newsletter, you need to follow these steps, or to connect GetResponse with your landing page. Having trained hundreds of people in complaint handling and communication myself, I can confidently say their support sets a benchmark in the industry. The only way it could get better would be if someone from GetResponse visited me in person with their laptop!

There's lots of ways to learn how to use GetResponse. The videos are clear and engaging and show how easy it is to use. When I needed support, it was very easy to get in touch with an agent. The personal touch was fantastic, even creating little videos for me to specifically show me how to do what I couldn't work out. Was not expecting that! A really great way to welcome newbies like me.
