What do you like best about GetResponse?

I really appreciate their amazing customer support service, which is one of the best I've ever seen. Another great point is that GetResponse offers an email marketing service that works best for me and is very affordable compared to other platforms like Aweber and ConstantContact I tried before. The email newsletters tool is very valuable, as I use it a lot to send mass promotional emails, leading to a success rate of over 70% in revenue generated. The initial setup was quite straightforward thanks to their user guide on the platform, which I found helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Personally, I would like them to increase the amount of emails that can be stored in a free version of their subscription to at least 1000 emails, instead of just 500. Besides that, GetResponse remains the best email marketing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
