What do you like best about GetPureProof?

What I love most is the absolute lack of friction for my customers. They don’t need to download any apps, register, or log in to record a testimonial. The branded "Space" link works flawlessly directly in their mobile or desktop browser. This simplicity has significantly boosted our response rate when asking clients for video feedback. What do you dislike about GetPureProof?

While the collection process is seamless, I would love to see basic post-production tools inside the dashboard, such as a quick video trimmer or automated subtitle/caption generation. Having to download the video to crop it or add captions in external software adds an extra step to my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetPureProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to build immediate trust with cold traffic on our landing pages. Written reviews are often taken with a grain of salt, but authentic video testimonials from real clients have a massive impact. GetPureProof helps us collect and display these videos effortlessly. Since adding the widgets to our checkout and key sales pages, we have seen a noticeable increase in our conversion rates and a decrease in buyer hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
