**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

One thing I like most about GetAccept is how easy it makes the whole document signing process, both for us internally and for customers. It’s straightforward to create, send, and track documents in one place, which saves a lot of time compared to handling everything manually. I also like the visibility it gives us, like seeing when a customer has opened or reviewed a document, because it helps with follow-ups and keeps the process moving faster. The integrations and overall user experience have made onboarding and daily use pretty smooth as well.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about GetAccept. Overall it has worked well for our needs and has been easy to use. If I had to mention something, there are occasional small usability things that could be improved to make certain workflows a bit faster, but nothing that has had a major impact on our experience.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetAccept helps us simplify and speed up the document signing process. Instead of sending documents back and forth manually, everything is handled in one platform, which makes it easier to keep track of documents, signatures, and customer activity. It has reduced a lot of administrative work, improved turnaround times, and made the experience smoother for both our team and our customers. The tracking and notifications are also helpful because they make follow-ups more efficient and give better visibility into where things are in the process.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

What I like best about GetAccept is how seamless the whole experience feels. The onboarding process is straightforward and well-supported, making it easy to get up and running quickly without unnecessary friction. Their team is also incredibly helpful (especially Sophia and Chanelle!). Any queries are handled promptly and helpfully, which makes a real difference when you’re working at pace.

The dashboard itself is another standout feature. It’s clean, user-friendly, and gives clear visibility, so everything you need is easy to find and manage. As we get closer to rolling out to the rest of our team, it's clear that GetAccept is reliable platform that just works, which is exactly what you want from a tool that will be used everyday.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

We’ve genuinely not encountered any downsides so far. The platform has been consistently smooth, reliable, and easy to use throughout.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetAccept will help us streamline our deal process by bringing everything into one place, from creating and sending proposals to tracking engagement and securing signatures. It removes a lot of the back-and-forth and manual admin, which speeds things up and keeps deals moving.

It’s also improved how we present our solution. The platform will allows us to deliver polished, professional proposals that are easy for prospects to engage with, giving us better visibility into what they’re interested in and when to follow up. Overall, it will help us create a smoother, more efficient buying experience while presenting Tribepad in the best possible light.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I find GetAccept very easy to use, which really stands out to me. I also appreciate the integration between Lime and GetAccept, since it pulls in personal client information ahead of time and saves me time. The initial setup was smooth as well, and overall it was straightforward to get started. The signing feature online is very nice to have. Easy chat function with customers to update offers. like the different pre saved documents for different bookings.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Maybe improve things when structuring the offers. I don’t like that the Remove Box tab appears under the view, so you have to scroll just to click it. Also, the text in the boxes lags sometimes, and you can’t type new text.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GetAccept to structure offers and to integrate data from our CRM ahead of time. It automatically adds personal client information, which saves me time and makes the whole process smoother. I can also update pricing on offers easily and send those changes directly to the customer.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I find GetAccept easier to use than Scrive, which is great for signing documents and tracking contracts. The platform's ease of use stands out to me. I really like the contract editing feature because it's very intuitive to edit contracts directly without needing to switch back to Word or PDF. This capability to make last-minute changes and send for signature immediately saves me a lot of time. The initial setup with GetAccept was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered and navigation could be more intuitive. It can be hard to find specific settings since they're spread across different menus. A more unified settings panel or a search function within the app would make it faster to navigate, especially for new users. Searching for new users that are flagged with "*****" stars is also very annoying, as the search doesn't work like intended in these scenarios.

I use GetAccept for signing documents and tracking contracts. It's easier than Scrive, allowing for ease of use. The intuitive contract editing feature lets me make last-minute changes directly in the platform and send for signature right away, saving time.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

We have used GetAccept for our contracts for many years now and that has always worked like a charm but the true power for my daily work lies in another use case. Before GetAccept released the Dealroom feature, we used to send all documents and information via mail or individual links to PDFs. Now, we can collect everything from materials, summaries, videos, and offers in one place as a mini website and allow for interaction with our contacts. This truly took our process to the next level.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to get stakeholders engaged in the Dealroom. But this is not so much a GetAccept issue and more a maturity level of certain stakeholders who are not used to working like this.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use GetAccept for the customer entire lifecycle from summaries and materials after the first demo, continuous updates and offers during the sales process, to handover with Customer Success. Everything in one place, clear and concise. The modules are very customizable and allow me to use AI in several places, which makes it super quick and efficient to deliver high-quality, relevant content to my prospects. I have myself received very positive feedback from prospects and customers, especially on how professional our content looks and how easy it makes the process for them to invite new stakeholders into the conversation. Ultimately, I am convinced that it helps us build trust and close new partnerships.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I like how GetAccept is a crucial or valuable part for us in managing contracts, meeting notes, and offers. It's great that Shareon can share meeting notes with colleagues and see which part they are more interested in. I think it's a legit source, which is super important for aligning with customers and ensuring they follow-up on meeting notes. It's quite easy to drop balls in sales, but GetAccept helps us avoid that part. Also, their customer success or salesperson team is really eager to understand our needs and help us.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Some companies can't open the documents, which is something to fix. Also, there can be small bugs sometimes. While integration with Salesforce is crucial, it's not working exactly as we want it to. It would be better if we could text everything in Salesforce directly. Initial implementation was a bit of a challenge.

This capability is crucial, especially since many of our customers are new to our services and need guidance on ROI through well-formed business cases and precise calculations. 

Moreover, the meeting note summary feature proves invaluable as it automatically generates relevant content and business cases from our discussions. This level of automation refines our operations, enabling our representatives to follow up quickly and accurately. **What do you like best about GetAccept?**

It is easy enough for room builders to learn quickly, and provides the room readers a visually pleasing experience. Recently added AI-functions may speed up or improve the quality of the room building experience. The analytics provide useful signals on reader engagement. The invitation delivery coupled with personalisation such as video recording is good for the early trust-factor with the readers. GetAccept staff, such as Chanelle, are genuinely interested and invested in joint success. The developer experience is helped by many integrations, making GetAccept part of the tool portfolio rather than an isolated data silo.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

GetAccept growth story has evolved from an e-signature tool to a more serious sales enablement suite. This natural evolution has manifested in some of the capabilities being stranded. For example, the Sales Room was not tightly coupled with the e-signature process at first, however, the integrated functions and seamless operations have improved since. Yet, the same lack of integration can still be seen, for example, by the Meetings capability not being able to attach existing (or new) documents from the Files function. There are also clear bugs that erode the performance and user experience, for example, the meeting memo form is suffering from debouncing, rendering, race conditions, or cache issues, making fast typing impossible. In practice, the users have to write their memos outside the app and copy-paste them in. Historically good development track record would suggest that these quality issues and cross-functional under utilization matters will be resolved in the future. Finally, the premium seat-based pricing may slow down scaling to large teams.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetAccept helps us move from traditionally fragmented sales communications through emails, meeting notes, and various loose documents, into a more coherent and user-friendly communications. A noteworthy use case is using the deal rooms as permanent customer success rooms, placing all the history and concurrent topics in the same environment, making it easy for both parties to find what they need. This case proves that the life cycle of the deal room does not end in signing the contract, in fact, that's the point where both parties need to introduce new stakeholders to the process, and that is where GetAccept shines -> new contact persons can see the history and the present, to get onboarded quickly.

I really appreciate how GetAccept helps me maintain clear, structured, and transparent communication with customers. The DealRoom feature lets me share everything relevant in one place, making it easy to organize proposals, background info, and pricing tables. I also like the recent AI-powered features for content creation and the ability to turn rooms into templates, which saves a lot of time. The integration of video, chat, and contract management in one place means I don’t need to juggle multiple systems, which is a huge plus for me.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

There are a few areas that could be improved. The action plan and task overview can get confusing, especially for staff on mobile who struggle to see just their own tasks across multiple projects. I’d really like a simpler way for each user to see only their assigned to-dos, ideally in a consolidated view. Switching between different accounts and rooms can also be a hassle, and sometimes technical issues like login access or room ownership get in the way. The AI tool is promising, but I still need to review and tweak a lot of what it generates.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear and obvious contact with the customer. I can see what they are looking for. I can respond directly in chat in the program, and I get faster confirmation and also faster payment because everything is set up. Nobody can complain about what we have agreed on.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

What I appreciate most about GetAccept is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It’s very easy to create, send, and follow up on proposals, which saves a lot of time in daily work.

Another major advantage is the real-time insights into how recipients interact with documents—such as when they open them, how long they spend, and which sections they focus on. This provides valuable context and makes follow-ups much more effective.

I also like that everything is gathered in one place, from proposal creation to e-signature, and that the CRM integrations work smoothly. It reduces manual work and makes the entire sales process more efficient.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I like all the options our clients get with the proposal, everything from adding other people to it, to downloading it and more. I also really like the video and chat function; it’s a great way for me to catch my clients when they’re active.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

There have been many times when my clients don’t actually receive the proposal, even though it has been sent (and it hasn’t bounced). At first, I thought they might have a firewall that was blocking the proposal from coming through, but that wasn’t the case. It’s really frustrating and annoying.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes me look professional. I’m able to interact with my clients when they’re engaged and active, and I can also see who else has been added to the proposal so I have more people I can reach out to and stay in contact with.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I really appreciate how GetAccept helped us organize our content and create a more structured sales process. The ability to set up action plans, use templates, and track analytics in the deal room has been a game changer. The integration with HubSpot is easy to use, and I like the visibility into customer engagement. The editor for contracts, the ability to pull data with merge tags, and the overall smoothness of sending contracts from the deal room are standout features. The analytics, meeting summaries, and content management make it easy to see what works and where to improve.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

One area for improvement is the chat feature, which we rarely use because our customers prefer Slack. A native Slack integration for chat would be fantastic. Also, while the AI content feature was useful, I’m not sure it’s worth paying for at this stage since we have a secure ChatGPT environment. The lack of a native chorus integration for meeting notes means we still have to copy and paste, which could be smoother.

We have a very technical sales cycle, which means a lot of requirements often need to be proven out with a wide range of stakeholders. Keeping all the necessary documentation and communication centralized in GetAccept has been a huge benefit to our sales process and helps us stay aligned throughout the cycle.

Jag gillar att GetAccept är användbart för digital signering av kontrakt och att det innebär att jag inte behöver skanna dokument, vilket gör processen mer effektiv. Plattformen säkerställer att alla filer inkluderas i signerade avtal och ger hjälpsamma påminnelser. Den har en bra layout och är lätt att förstå, vilket är riktigt trevligt. **What do you like best about GetAccept?**

Modular approach to building and tweaking digital rooms. Very strong AI page builder and copywriting capabilities (can work with a transcript of the call).

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

There is no possibility to hide pages based on access rights in the digital room. We also use the room to share proposals, but prospects don’t always want everyone to be able to see them.

There is also no way to replace milestones or action plans from a template. Once a digital room is deployed, this requires manual work.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a very nice, clean way to share documentation, meeting recordings, and other relevant resources. Especially on multi-stakeholder deals, it makes it easy for people who join the conversation to quickly get up to speed on what’s being discussed and to explore our resources.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I find the best feature of GetAccept is how easy it is to create an offer. All the price charts are saved, so I can create an offer in under 5 minutes, which really saves me time, especially because we used Microsoft Word before. I also really like the new feature that allows me to change a product easily by just typing the first letter of another product. For example, if I want to change coffee to lunch, I can just type the letter 'L' and lunch pops up, allowing me to quickly make the change. This feature saves me plenty of time.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

The layout for GetAccept got changed a month ago. Now it’s bigger and goes downwards on the web browser, and you have to press 'delete product'. It was easier to just press - or + before. It would be nicer if the layout went horizontal instead. This way, you don't need to scroll.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GetAccept to easily create offers for clients, saving time with stored price charts and quick product changes. It's a big improvement from Microsoft Word, allowing me to prepare offers in under 5 minutes.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I like the simplicity of how GetAccept is set up. You can have the bulk of the information created by an admin, and then the user can easily pull that information into the deal room. I also find it powerful how we can embed a strong, professional brand look that every sales user can share with their customers. The way collaboration works in the system is a big plus for me too. It allows different internal stakeholders to work together in a deal room, which speeds up information sharing back to the customer. Follow-up with meeting minutes and next actions has been simplified with the introduction of AI enabled capability, taking time consuming but vital activity into a simplified and consist approach. From the customer's side, they can also collaborate in the deal room using the comment and chat functions, which keeps everyone on the same page. The analytics section is great, helping sales users to be more proactive by knowing when and what to focus on with the customer. Additionally, the initial setup is very easy, driven by admins who create templates for users. GetAccept has been a supportive partner right from the start, providing a customer success manager to help with training and ensure everyone is aware of how to best use the system.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

What we would really like to see coming in their road map is a place for a customer to have that shows them every deal room they engaged with. From a user perspective, I can see every deal room that I'm creating and sharing out to customers. What we'd really like is that the customer can also see that aspect. For them to have a mini working area or repository of all the deal rooms they're engaged with. With enterprise, we're not just selling a single product offering,  we could be selling multiple deals a month to the same customer, and that can be quite challenging if you've got several different deal rooms running at the same time. There is however a simple way around this for now which is to create a deal room specifically with the links to other deal rooms.

I use GetAccept to streamline solutions with customers, collaborate internally to speed up information sharing, and maintain a professional brand with customers. It centralizes communication and provides analytics for proactive engagement.

The ability to send documents easily to people who don't live nearby is a big plus for me. The initial setup was really easy as well, taking about ten minutes for us to understand everything. Overall, GetAccept was much easier to use compared to the previous service we used.

That sometimes I need to send the document two times so they can't receive it. And sometimes when I send the reminder, they don't receive it directly.

I highly value the agreement templates, particularly liking the option to record video in the document, as it allows for better structure and personalization. The possibility of more functions in a template. It is very limited in how many folds you can have, how big they should be, etc. I dislike that. More flexibility is needed so you can add more of the functions that already exist and move them around more in the actual agreement template you create.

If anything changes in a negotiation, I can update details on Salesforce, and it instantly updates in GetAccept. The setup was very easy too.

I like that GetAccept is easy to use. It's straightforward to send files without any problems, whether through email or SMS, and you can sign documents using SMS or bank ID, which offers flexibility. I find it convenient that I can send everything online, and people can check and review the documents in real-time. We can even chat with customers online, which makes the process very nice and easy to use. The initial setup was also easy, taking only five to ten minutes, and after that, it was simple to use.

Sometimes when the customer tries to access the document through SMS, it asks for an email address to get validated. And sometimes, even after validating with the email address, they can't sign the documents, so I need to send it again.

Previously, not having multiple deal room owners was difficult because it meant if someone was out of office, we couldn't publish a room with any updates. The initial setup was also pretty difficult as nobody really knew how to use the platform, and it was hard to adjust after years of using PowerPoint.

At Paraglide, I find GetAccept highly valuable for centralizing the entire deal process in one place, especially with its Digital Sales Room feature. This provides us with a structured environment where all relevant materials, insights, and communication are easily accessible, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned throughout the sales journey. Additionally, the automatic content generation from meetings is incredibly helpful, allowing us to turn discussions into structured follow-ups, business cases, and tailored proposals efficiently. This saves us significant time and ensures our communication is consistent and relevant, closely meeting the customer-specific needs and ROI expectations. The integration with Hubspot & Slack is another plus, optimizing our sales approach. **What do you like best about GetAccept?**

We used GetAccept as our main e-signing and contract management tool for years. We are using Salesforce, and have been able to fully automate the creation of contracts in GetAccept based on Salesforce Opportunity Details, including the exact Opportunity Line Items defined in the CRM. 

For us, this saves a massive amount of time for sellers to be able to create quotes in seconds with just a flew clicks, as opposed to manually trying to create quotes and contracts. 
Our RevOps team has full control over creating templates in our branding and style, including legal text and similar. Our Sales teams work in Salesforce with the GetAccept module - when creating quotes, data is pulled in from Salesforce, and sales reps can edit some aspects of the quote. 
For us, its very important with consistency in pricing and packaging, which we have achived with using GetAccept. Sales reps also appreciate being able to handle the entire contract flow without leaving their Opportunity view in Salesforce. 

As customers I also have to highlight the customer service and support - the support are always quick to answer any questions or issues and our CS team at GetAccept are great to work with. As an admin I can be really stressful to experience issues in closing periods, and anytime we had any roadblock, the GetAccept team picked it up in minutes without any disruption to our closing motion. Its fantastic.

I don't know the different names of the different versions, but I enjoyed the web portal for the last update better than this one. I thought the last one was maybe a little easier, whereas the new one kind of forces you through a few steps. I guess it has to do with GetAccept wanting us to use maybe, like, a video or more information, but you should send it out easy and brief. And then I don't want to go through all these steps every time. Also, there has been some bugs with how much time each person has spent viewing each page. So that could need some improvement.

If multiple people are invited to the document, it's not possible to distinguish between them.

As an Account Executive handling multi-stakeholder deals, keeping everyone aligned used to be a constant struggle.  email threads, attachments getting lost, and zero visibility into whether prospects were actually engaging with our materials.
The Deal Room changed that  Instead of sending a proposal and hoping for the best, I now have a dedicated, branded space where I can share contracts, presentations, pricing, and video messages, all in one place. Buyers find it incredibly easy to navigate, and the engagement tracking is where it really shines: that visibility has transformed how I prioritize follow-ups. 

The collaborative features mean buyers can leave comments and ask questions directly inside the room, which keeps conversations structured and speeds up the back-and-forth that typically drags out deal cycles.
If you're an AE managing complex, multi-threaded deals, the Deal Room is genuinely worth it.

Sometimes it can be a hurdle for customers to share a dealroom internally. I would like to be able to download the dealroom in PDF so it is easy for a customer to send it to more colleagues. It is always a hurdle to send a link to a person who doesn't know what it is. Even though we have the option to send an open link, customers still want to avoid clicking on things they are not familiar with. PDF download of the dealroom would create a lower hurdle for the customer to show the material to more people, which could then lead to more people daring to engage more actively in the dealroom.

I love using GetAccept for its AI digital sales room that really saves me time by turning customer conversations into customized sales rooms. It integrates smoothly with Hubspot and Garba, allowing the sales rooms to basically become agents themselves—this is great for stakeholder management. GetAccept simplifies my sales cycle by gathering all necessary information, sharing it easily with customers, and helping me connect with all the stakeholders. I don't have to worry about customizing presentations and wondering if they resonate with all the right people, as GetAccept provides a complete solution from start to finish. Once you get used to it, it's a paradigm shift you can't go back from.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Nothing comes to mind, the only small thing would be to connect the DSR even more with the signing functionality, which I know is on the roadmap for them. It took some learning to get going, but once you are used to it, it is a paradigm shift you can't go back from.

I like how GetAccept seems simple to use from both an IT perspective and for the end users. It offers lots of technical possibilities and seems like a good approach for both users and recipients. Working with developers from GetAccept to meet specific requirements has been a good experience, making it possible to address our needs. The initial setup was easy, especially with support from GetAccept. There have been positive responses on the process and interaction with Quote outputs, and I hope it will be easier and more efficient to build templates from a business perspective.

We haven't tested all yet - maybe some functionality or easier way to get and present all data from different relationships.

I would like a feature in which I can write comments that the customers can’t see. For example, if I have contacted a customer, I want to be able to comment that so that I remember not to contact them again the next day or so. Make it more customized for my specific company.

The platform is very easy to use and build out the specific content within rooms using drag and drop builder and components. My company purchased the product primarily to create deal rooms (without then using any of the contract features) so I can only really comment on those features. It's good value for what it does.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

The contents/component library structure is a little bit confusing when first getting started; as well as the differences between templates and actual rooms.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We specifically purchased GetAccept to help gain insight into buyer behaviours at the point of conversion; we were struggling to see if / when someone was looking at a proposal we had sent out and following up to understand if they were likely to go on to buy. By building out our proposal in GetAccept, it did help with improving visibility of engagement. However I'm not sure the sales team used it to it's full functionality and capabilities.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I use GetAccept for handling the signing of various agreements like quotes, NDAs, and employment contracts. The main benefit to my workflow is the increased speed of signing and the real-time tracking, which eliminates the guesswork of knowing if a recipient has opened a document or not. I like the ease of use and how quickly I can get documents for signing out there. The interface is so intuitive that I haven't spent one second reading instructions — it's just so easy to understand and use. It minimizes administration and the low learning curve saves time. The ease of use is as important for the recipient as it is for me. When sending NDAs or sensitive agreements, a clean and simple interface builds trust, and the fact that it's so easy for the other party to sign, without needing instructions, means I get documents back much faster and with fewer questions. The initial setup of GetAccept was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Probably not a GetAccept issue but sometimes the email from GetAccept ends up in the recipients Junk mail-folder.

I like how modern GetAccept feels, especially for designers opening contracts. The editor and module stand out because they don't look like your standard contracts, which is a nice feature. I also like the idea of deal rooms. The personal page for customers is a great addition too; it makes it easier for them to access information about their deal and potentially sign.

I'd like to automate more. I would like it to be easier to basically create deal rooms through the API. Sometimes it feels a bit buggy. We have some concerns regarding things not working the way they should. They usually get fixed by support, but sometimes it's not that great.

The HubSpot integration works well, allowing me to get what I need inside HubSpot without signing into GetAccept, making follow-ups easier. I also switched to GetAccept from Adobe Sign because it offers more and better features for personalizing and creating a journey for conversations with customers and leads.

We have had the challenge to find a joint way to work with the tool from a sales/marketing perspective. It is very much a new way of working, which needs time to adjust and to collaborate with, to find the best way forward.

Sometimes when I edit an already sent document, it can be a bit tricky. Easier 'buttons' that make it better to add and edit in a document would help.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

Get Accept is easy to use and great for contracts. I use it several times per week to send contracts to customers. Using the contract templates I have made I can create and send a contract to a customer in approximately 5-10 minutes. It has been extremely easy to integrate into our proposal-to-contract process, and has become an extremely valuable tool for our company.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

One problem we have encountered is that contracts don't get divided into pages until all parties have signed the contract and the final document is sent to the signers by GetAccept. This has been a problem for us with one of our clients that requires that the signers initial at the bottom of each page and that each page of the contract be numbered.

GetAccept has made our proposal-to-contract process extremely quick and easy for both our company and our customers.

The only issue I ran into was uploading a demo recording as a video, it didn’t work at first and took a few attempts. That said, it only happened once, so it wasn’t a major problem.
