I really like that the EMR is integrated with Genki's online portal so we don't need to check multiple sites for booking patients. Sending automatic reviews and recalls in both Chinese and English is very helpful for our demographic, especially for senior patients who don’t understand English. The convenience of accessing Genki as a webpage allows me to work from home or remotely contact my team. I also appreciate the visual appearance of the software, and I find the exam functions for doctors very convenient, especially when transferring from my old EMR software. It was a smooth transition with minimal learning curve. I like being able to send review reminders to patients without staff needing to ask them awkwardly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
