"Great Business Cloud phone system, and an Easy-to-Use Mobile App"

What do you like best about Genisis Cloud Voice?

The voicemail to email function is super helpful, it also includes transcriptions which are great! I also like the mobile app on my Samsung android phone, works great and is easy to answer on when im out of the office or away from my desk phone. I also liked the fact that they have white glove onboarding services where they do all of the programming, and porting of the existing phone numbers for you so that you don't have to learn all of the technical element related to the phone system in order to get up and running. We were able to rely on RingFusion for the technical support, onboarding and implementation/configuration/migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Genisis Cloud Voice?

So far we have been highly impressed with all of the features and have not found any downsides to report at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Genisis Cloud Voice:

Anyone who has phone service currently on a old landline that hasn't been converted to RingFusion's cloud based system could be saving at least 50% potentially on what they already spend on phone service currently now. It was also helpful that they have no contract options making it super easy for us to port in our existing phone numbers, and get up and running with ease. I would recommend using them to any business or enterprise looking for cloud based phone services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Genisis Cloud Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched from spectrum to RingFusion and were able to save more then half of what we were already spending on our existing old phone service. The auto attendant feature helps filter spam which is super helpful, and also allows my business to have a very professional sounding greeting for my customers. The system is also cloud based so we never loose phone service to customers which has made us more available as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
