We use Gengo to translate text on our social ads and landing pages to provide a better and more cohesive experience for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gengo?

I like that you are allowed to request edits to the translations provided. For example, if they provide you with a translation for a word that doesn't make sense for your business, you can request as many edits as you want until you're happy with the results. What do you dislike about Gengo?

This isn't too much of a downside as they are usually pretty fast for the turn around time, but the estimated time is 7 hours per translation. Often it is a lot quicker (usually within an hour or two), but this sometimes causes issues with planning. But like I said, they're generally pretty quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
