"Fast and Professional Translation Service!"

4/5

Describe the project or task Gengo helped with:

Our team was seeking to create advertisement materials for a global scale. Gengo's translations have made it easy to have high quality translations for a relatively inexpensive cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gengo?

Gengo's translators are very speedy in the amount of time that it takes to produce a translation. Our sales rep and their team are also very responsive to any corrections/adjustments needed (and tend to produce results quicker than the initial expected time). The service is very cost-efficient. I also like how we can select what level of translation and what type of materials we are looking to translate - this allows a subject expert and a proofreader to ensure a high quality translation. What do you dislike about Gengo?

The file types they accept are limited. Also, some of the translations don't fully embody what we are asking for, however, the team does a very good job of working with us to ensure that both meanings align. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gengo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our materials are being applied on a larger world scale. We can interact with and reach more people. The translating team is very knowledgeable in their specific languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
