What do you like best about GeneXus?

I really value being able to build multi-platform solutions from a single model. Whether I’m creating a web app, a native mobile app, or a Super App, GeneXus helps keep everything consistent and secure across platforms while still delivering strong performance with enterprise-level databases. Its integration options with external APIs and third-party services also feel smooth and straightforward—connecting to REST services or existing enterprise systems takes very little effort.

The onboarding experience is well supported through GeneXus University, and the active community makes it easier for new developers to get productive quickly. On top of that, the AI-assisted development features—such as automated code generation and smart suggestions—have noticeably reduced our development time and let the team focus more on business logic instead of repetitive tasks. What do you dislike about GeneXus?

The licensing model can be a barrier for very small startups or independent developers. While the value provided for enterprise-level projects is high, it would be great to see more flexible entry-level tiers for smaller, experimental projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GeneXus solving and how is that benefiting you?

GeneXus solves the challenge of multi-platform fragmentation. Developing for Web, Android, iOS, and Cloud usually requires different teams, but with GeneXus, I can handle everything from a single model.
