The flexibility given bu Administration Console, the wide range of functionality, especially in Project Management and Helpdesk , modules which are not well covered in most of the other solutions I know Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CAS genesisWorld?

I would like the collaborative portal to be more developed as I see it has high potential Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
