What do you like best about Genesis Advantage?

This system is easy to navigate and enter data. You can easily search the entry history to find old records. It reminds you if you are missing data in the ticket entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Genesis Advantage?

I have personally had this system crash on me 4 time. It freezes up and is unusable in that account for the rest of the day. It is cleared up by the next day, however. I wish there was an easier way to locate inventory by searching the item code rather than scrolling through the list of items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Genesis Advantage:

Definitely talk to support about the future tech advancements in fixing the problem I've experienced of the system freezing. But, otherwise, test it out by using a trial or something of the sort in order to make sure its right for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Genesis Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have seen the benefits of knowing what inventory is left in stock across our 5 business locations so that we can collaborate with those locations to get the customer what he/she wants even faster. I have enjoyed being able to see the commission and margin rates immediately after I enter the ticket into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
