What I like most about Gemini is that it is easy to use, responsive, and helpful across a wide range of everyday tasks. I use it for research, brainstorming, summarizing information, drafting content, learning unfamiliar topics, and exploring different approaches to problems.
The simple UI makes onboarding easy, while its connection with the Google ecosystem adds value when using other Google tools and services. The AI is particularly helpful for quickly turning a question or rough idea into something more structured. For me, the biggest ROI comes from the time saved on research, learning, and creating initial drafts.
An unexpected benefit is being able to use Gemini as another perspective when thinking through a problem or comparing different ideas, rather than using it only as a question-and-answer tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside for me is that Gemini can sometimes provide responses that need additional verification or refinement, especially for complex or specialized questions. I occasionally need to rephrase a prompt or provide more context to get the result I am looking for.
I would also like better consistency across longer conversations, stronger context retention, and more seamless integrations with different workplace tools. Gemini is still very useful, but improving these areas would make it more reliable for complex day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
