What problems is GeekSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re a small remote consulting firm with 33 employees, and we had a lot of trouble finding an IT group that could truly support us remotely. Too many providers wanted to set up a server in a traditional office environment, which didn’t fit how we work. We also struggled to find an affordable provider that used in-house, on-shore tech support.

After trying another group that didn’t work out, we interviewed five new firms and ultimately selected Geek Support. They’ve been great.
