What do you like best about Gamooga?

I like Gamooga because it's a powerful, AI-driven, omnichannel marketing automation platform that delivers 1:1 personalized experiences at scale. I appreciate its ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates for e-commerce, BFSI, media, and retail businesses, solving complex problems like cart abandonment, low delivery rates, and high churn. Additionally, the initial setup is straightforward due to its cloud-based, no-install nature and visual tools, although it can be complex for advanced automation. What do you dislike about Gamooga?

The user interface (UI) and experience (UX) of Gamooga need modernization. While it's functional, users feel the 'look and feel' could be improved, especially for email creation and the main analytics dashboard. Although the initial setup is generally straightforward because it's cloud-based and uses visual tools, mastering it for advanced, data-heavy automation can be complex.
