Thanks to the impeccable work done by Galgus and the implementation of a total of 201 WiFi access points in the hotel with Cognitive Hotspot Technology (CHT), we have achieved the best WiFi rating, reaching a score of 8.7 in the satisfaction index from our guests and clients in the WiFi rating on Booking.

Specifically, they installed 201 APs (171 indoor and 30 outdoor) to cover 295 rooms, 7 suites, 2 pools, 4 bars and restaurants, lounges and common areas, as well as a huge conference area (more than 2000 square meters) where we host over 100 events a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to their work, we have moved from a WiFi technology with a rather improvable quality of service, which caused numerous complaints from both guests and organizers and participants in events, congresses, and conferences, to having the highest rating given by clients staying in major hotels in Seville.
