What do you like best about Galaxkey Secure Workspace?

I really value Galaxkey Secure Workspace for its granular permission controls and immutable access-logging functionality. I can restrict external auditors to view-only access for SOX compliance workpapers while keeping confidential client records hidden. The automatic logging of every file open and download serves as crucial audit evidence. I also rely heavily on its granular folder-level permission settings, which aid in setting up separate shared folders for auditors and locking away private client ledgers. What do you dislike about Galaxkey Secure Workspace?

Galaxkey Secure Workspace falls short on native accounting-software integration and customizable audit-log export formats. During our quarterly CPA audit, we couldn't directly pull updated general-ledger files into the workspace, and its raw log outputs required heavy reformatting to fit our SOX workpaper packages. Our lean firm has no dedicated in-house IT, so we manually rework these exports and transfer financial documents. This eats up valuable hours and creates extra stress when we are working to hit our firm's hard-set audit submission deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Galaxkey Secure Workspace for encrypted storage, controlled sharing of sensitive documents, and satisfying audit traceability demands with full access logging.
