I think Gain's simplicity and easy user interface make it intuitive, and the layout is great. The way it populates information allows me to jump around quickly. I also appreciate the ability to create watch lists, and the insights are up to date. I like the deal tracking feature and find it very useful. It's like a one-stop shop for all the information, and everything is validated, which makes it really simple. Plus, there are plugins into the desktop app and other CRM aspects. I think the AI needs some enhancing. You know, being able to talk about a subsector and understanding who's there, what companies are there, is somewhat useful. Then there's the people element, trying to figure out the people, and I know that’s in beta mode, but trying to get information on people from industries is pivotal to the job.
