Not only their responses are quick but will actually call if it's a bigger issue. **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** There is nothing I dislike about Gaggle. **What problems is Gaggle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Student Safety and scanning their Google Drives. ### 3. One of the biggest benefits to our students using Gaggle is that they can receive services at home thus not being pulled out of class and missing instructional time. **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** The downside of using Gaggle is that students don't have that in-person support person on site to check in with if they are having challenges throughout the day. This is not a failure on the part of Gaggle but simply the facts of utilizing virtual support. **What problems is Gaggle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaggle is solving the fact that we do not have counselors, social workers, or mental health providers in our small school district. Mental health resources are scarce in the county and many families work and are not able to take their child to an office for therapy during the day when offices are open. ### 4. It is such an important tool for our school! It seems simple to implement and to my knowledge we have never had an issue with it! **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** Nothing right now, we don't even have to think about it until it alerts us that we need to investigate something. **What problems is Gaggle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaggle monitors student email and documents to ensure they are safe. It helps us identify students that are at risk so that we can provide them with the support they need! ### 5. Real time monitoring of our student accounts has proven extremely useful. We utiliize Gaggle everyday. Gaggle has litterally saved lives in our district. Any time I call Gaggle they are able to assist and they have lived up to all expectations. **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** Really, the only problem I have with Gaggle is that some times I have difficulty reading files via my cell phone. the file will time out before I can read the complete file. **What problems is Gaggle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaggle is increasing our efficiency and reducing our response to student issues. ### 6. Even on weekends, calls come through alerting admin of serious concerns. I have had several experiences where due to a Gaggle alert message students' lives were saved. Partnering with Gaggle has been crucial for our district to also stay on top of possible situations developing during the school day. I highly recommend Gaggle. **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** Sometimes calls come in very early in the morning on weekends, but it's more important to save a life. **What problems is Gaggle solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is mostly helping keep our students safe. ### 7. We are identifying problems before they happen at school and protecting our students from potential harm. It is a very valuable tool. The number of features that we utilize is just right for us. **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** Signing into and fixing some rostering issues was cumbersome. I have gained valuable insights into my student's lives. The new drop down menus are super helpful. **What do you dislike about Gaggle?** There are so many times when Gaggle alerts are triggered for things that aren't really concerning.
