What do you like best about GA Connector?

We had this problem with some clients who use Salesforce - Google Analytics tells you one thing, Salesforce has the rest of the story, and you’re trying to piece it all together. For example, we got 50 leads from this campaign, but did any of them buy? GA Connector basically connects those dots for us. What do you dislike about GA Connector?

The setup takes some time mostly because every client has Salesforce configured differently. Once it’s running though, we don’t really think about it much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GA Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a US healthcare SaaS client where we were getting leads, but the lead to customer rate wasn't that high. So we tried to understand which website pages were bringing those leads that turned into customers. GA Connector let us follow those leads into Salesforce, so we could see the entire user journey.
