What do you like best about G2 Marketing Solutions?

I’ve been a big fan of G2 since I started working with them in 2021. I really appreciate how G2 Marketing Solutions partners with us to generate invaluable customer proof points, which then translate into additional bragging rights through G2 badges, reports, and rankings. Our account managers collaborate closely with us to meet our goals and regularly suggest practical ways to strengthen our efforts. I also love that they consistently share strong examples of what other software providers have done, which gives us helpful ideas we can adapt for our own marketing initiatives. What do you dislike about G2 Marketing Solutions?

I'm noticing we are getting more reviews that are clearly an AI-written description of our solution, so I'd like to see G2 do more to discourage this. I'm not talking about use of AI to refine what you've written, but reviews that are entirely generated by AI and don't actually contain any personal perspective. What problems is G2 Marketing Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

G2 provides us a regular pipeline of customer proof points and fresh bragging rights every quarter. Knowing how G2 reviews and accolades are regularly cited in LLMs makes our efforts to generate reviews worth it and helps us get other stakeholders on board with supporting our efforts.
