I like how G2.com is recognized in the market. It's known and this makes people feel comfortable and quick to respond to review requests. I also appreciate how thoroughly G2.com has been thought out in terms of what it can do and deliver for customers. The website layout is user-friendly, making it easy for me to find what I need and access tools and resources that aren't available on some other review sites. I often think that the quality of reviews that we get aren't as good as the quality of reviews that we get on other sites. And I believe the reason for that is maybe it has something to do with the questions where customers can give just a sentence response and yet still collect the incentive. So, ideally, I would like to see a little attention about the requirements for the reviews and making sure maybe that they have a certain word length or character length. Maybe adjusting the questions so that they are more impactful or require a deeper response. G2 is also incredibly expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
