I like that G-P is a single point of contact and platform to manage employment across several different countries. It really helps our small HR team because we don't have to waste time dealing with different vendors, portals, and contacts for each country where we hire. There’s consistency in how questions are answered and issues resolved. We don’t have to learn a new process every time we work with a different local provider, which keeps things efficient and prevents important details from getting lost. One area of improvement is the responsiveness of the chat support experience. If you don't reply within a short period of time, they ask you if you are still there, and if you do not respond quickly enough they close the ticket.
