Fyle allows quite a bit of configuration to meet our needs better than a lot of other products we looked at. Support and Engineering has been very responsive adding or fixing items we have needed. Users have been fast to adopt the product so it is pretty easy to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sage Expense Management? Fyle does have a couple rough edges at times. Documentation could be improved and updated more regularly as the product has gone through a few changes and the docs do not always reference the latest way to accomplish items. Early in our roll-out there were quite a few bugs that we ran into but the positive was Fyle was quick to resolve these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Sage Expense Management: Make the move, it is a subscription model so it is easy to back out if you find it doesn't meet your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Sage Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you? We have removed our old paper expense reporting system. Users are now able to file all their expense reports electronically, this has helped tremendously with on time expense reporting. We will soon have this integrated with our accounting back end automating a currently manual process of adding expense reports into our systems which will save another huge chunk of time.
