What do you like best about Futr?

This is a great, customer friendly chatbot that is very easy to use. I really like how it identifies unanswered questions so that we can continually review and improve on this area of customer service. The system itself is easy to navigate and is easy to update and make changes. The dashboard provided is great for monitoring and providing feedback.

What do you dislike about Futr?

There is nothing that I dislike, Futr are constantly reviewing their services and systems and continually introducing new items to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?

The chatbot provides quick and straightforward answers to the questions that our customers are asking without them having to contact the office or search through our website.
