The platform is user-friendly and the image quality produced is excellent. New images can be generated quickly and for the price of the platform it’s a major cost saver for the business compared with our usual CGI imagery. Occasionally, we find that the platform changes the dimensions or features of our products even when the dimensions are locked. We also struggle when there are multiple requests tied to a single image, and we’ve noticed that the more an image is edited, the more the quality tends to degrade.
