The mapping tool is easy to use and looks great. They just released a forecasting tool as well, which takes mapping to the next level. Now, I can map the customer's journey and apply forecasting numbers based on my data to show what ROI might be with a certain strategy. The analytics tool makes it easy to prioritize optimization across your marketing campaign / customer journey. You can see at a glance where customers are dropping off, or slowing down. You can also map all the various journeys prospects take on your site. Easier to use than GA. **What do you dislike about Funnelytics?** I can't say for myself, but I've heard others say they find implementing tracking hard... I think they've fixed this with a universal tracking code deployed by Google Tag Manager now... **What problems is Funnelytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the problem that sometimes a client doesn't easily grasp all the steps in a customer journey or campaign we're recommending. It also speeds up our ability to test and optimize. ### 3. It's great to be able to use page thumbnails, etc.... much better than drawing them by hand or with tools that aren't specifically designed for this. The most interesting part is being able to see the conversion statistics for each page of the funnel, which allows you to see where you need to improve. You can map out your customer's journey and know what works and what doesn't. **What do you dislike about Funnelytics?** It is a tool that is expensive for a sole entrepreneur who wants to plan their funnels. Fortunately, I bought it. Fortunately, I have the Premium subscription and I don't pay monthly. **What problems is Funnelytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can track your client's journey and know what works and what doesn't. It is ideal for visually planning the transition of customers to different pages. Being able to see the entire funnel at a glance, the statistics, and where there might be issues to improve, is fantastic. Additionally, it allows you to keep a record of, for example, a specific launch, making it easier to repeat it without having to do all the work and having all the information in one place. ### 6. I purchased lifetime access in 2019 and now they are saying they don't have a record of the purchase.
