What do you like best about FunnelStory?

FunnelStory's team is incredibly smart, efficient and responsive. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. I appreciate the platform's ability to ingest all kinds of signals and incorporate them into meaningful and actionable insights. As we scale our business, maintaining close knowledge about all the intricacies of each account becomes more and more challenging. What do you dislike about FunnelStory?

The platform is powerful, but it’s still evolving in terms of customization and flexibility. I’d love to see even more control over how insights are grouped or visualized, especially for complex customer journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FunnelStory solving and how is that benefiting you?

FunnelStory has allowed us to reduce the time we spend on administrative updates and status reports, freeing us to focus more on engaging with our customers and understanding their business challenges and needs. So far, it is the only solution I have encountered that brings together information from SFDC, Slack, JIRA, ZenDesk, as well as email and calls, and transforms this data into actionable insights.
