What do you like best about Funnel?

It’s an efficient tool for aggregating, controlling, and optimizing our campaign data. The UI/UX is clear and user-friendly, and I really appreciate the performance improvements in the Data Explorer, which is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funnel?

Using Data Explorer was a bit painful at first because of some technical issues, but for the past few months it has been OK. A lot has changed over the last three years, and sometimes each update requires some adaptation. The current version is fine, but I can see there are still a lot of tests around AI tools—tools that I don’t find any interest in at the moment! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in a media agency, and we have a lot of campaigns to track across many sources. This tool helps us aggregate all of our data so we can export it into a homemade data-viz solution. It also makes it easier to extract only the data we need, thanks to the many options available and the wide range of custom filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
