"Effortless Data Consolidation with Custom Exports and Responsive Support"

What do you like best about Funnel?

The ease with which I'm able to consolidate multiple different data sources into any combination of exports, all the while customizing the metrics and dimensions as needed. Additionally, based on my experience, I know that should I face any issue the support team always responds and can usually resolve the issue I'm facing; in the rare occasion they can't resolve it, I have been told where the issue appears to be and thus where I should reach out to for added support. The largest part that stands out in Funnel is the ease of use. I have been using funnel for nigh on 4 years now, and even the older iteration made it a very clear software to use. The few times I haven't been able to find the appropriate funnel connectors, I have used the file import data connector and I have seen how it went from being a bit clunky to now functioning as an automated source (really appreciated that). What do you dislike about Funnel?

Unfortunately, due to having used funnel for almost 4 years, I have found the inclusion of AI and the budget tool to be largely neglected as all the pipelines that were initially built had no access and hence no need for them. I do regret being unable to make use of these functions, however I did try to use the dashboarding tool when it first came out and I did not like it. It was not as intuitive as the rest of Funnel's UI/UX design. Furthermore, I did not see any way to directly pull one of my exports into the funnel dashboard (essentially creating a closed loop tool). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of my clients has an excess of 100 data sources (and that list is slowly growing). Having to build this manually would have been a nightmare that I thankfully do not have to deal with. There are multiple times wherein I need to edit or create custom dimensions and metrics. This is a task I have had to do many times in BigQuery, however if I have the option (depending on the way the pipeline works) I prefer to build those in Funnel itself as it saves a lot more time and I can quickly catch a gap in my logic/rules to fix asap.
