What do you like best about Funnel?

The way it seamlessly connects across soo many platforms, the granularity level it takes the data into. The support team who is always very prompt and reachable and just a text away. The platform is very easy to navigate and understand. The pricing of the services is also being fairy priced. Overall performance of the tool is soo strong. What do you dislike about Funnel?

To be honest, I use this tool on a daily basis, and I’ve been using it for the last three years. I’ve never found anything to complain about. I’m subscribed to their newsletters, so whenever a new feature is released, I get to try it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Funnel to consolidate data from six paid media platforms plus Adobe Analytics into BigQuery for a single cross-channel reporting pipeline. Before this, pulling and reconciling platform exports manually was slow and error-prone, especially matching Adobe Analytics segments to ad platform data. Now Funnel automates that ingestion, which has cut the manual pull-and-reconcile work significantly and given us a much more reliable, unified view of paid media performance across channels in one dashboard.
