What do you like best about Funnel?

What I like most about Funnel is how reliable and low-maintenance it is. The UI is simple and intuitive, and setting up or adjusting data sources is straightforward.

The range of integrations is extensive, with many ready-to-use connectors as well as options for custom data sources. It is also very flexible to activate, deactivate, or adjust connectors depending on current needs.

The biggest benefit for me is the performance and stability of the data pipelines. Data is imported reliably, and Funnel handles most API changes, connector issues, and technical maintenance in the background. In day-to-day work, the main maintenance required is occasionally reauthorizing a connector.

Another major advantage is that Funnel stores the collected data historically. This means that even when configurations or connectors change, historical data remains available and can be transformed and used flexibly for reporting and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funnel?

The main downside for me is the pricing. Funnel is relatively expensive, especially for smaller projects or setups with only a few connectors.

That said, the price is also closely tied to the quality, stability, and low maintenance effort. Compared with building and maintaining the same infrastructure in-house, Funnel can still be the more cost-effective option.

In my view, the value becomes much clearer when you manage a larger number of connectors and data sources. For very small setups, the pricing can be harder to justify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Funnel helps us bring data from many different marketing platforms into one central place and structure it consistently.

A major benefit is the flexibility of Custom Dimensions. We can easily assign costs to different products, departments, or business areas. When new products are introduced or organizational structures change, we can quickly adjust the dimensions and reclassify the data without rebuilding the entire setup.
