What do you like best about Funnel Leasing?

The entire team at Funnel Leasing is responsive, skilled, and extremely helpful. Big tech migrations are intimidating, but the team at Funnel Leasing walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Furthermore, the software itself is extremely powerful. AI nurturing has helped improve our response time and conversion rates, and the reporting provides a level of detail this industry desperately needs to get ahead and be successful. What do you dislike about Funnel Leasing?

With great power comes great responsibility. The tool is very complex and it's difficult to find exactly what you need sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Funnel Leasing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prospects in the multifamily industry require several touchpoints and the buying process is long. If it takes someone 30 - 90 days to make a decision, it's almost impossible to have a streamlined process in place to nurture every lead the exact same. Funnel helps fill that gap with AI, but Funnel doesn't remove the human element either. At times where a big decision needs to be made, Funnel will ask for human interaction to reach out and provide that tailored experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
