What do you dislike about FundRaiser Spark?

I don't like how the website is a bit lagging at times. It is hard to put in recurring gifts at times because the systems sometimes complicates the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FundRaiser Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using FundRaiser as our Donor Management tool has made processes more efficient and very strategic. We have a heavy load of a lot of prospects which demands a quality software to organize.
