
We recognized the value that an AI-enabled predictive tool added to our established processes for prospect identification, portfolio development, and segmentation. Still, we needed to build cross-functional buy-in and adoption across other areas of the fundraising division to receive the highest impact. The Fundmetric team was willing to work at our pace, offer best practices, address reservations, and provide hands-on assistance throughout the proof-of-concept phases. And yes, there were multiple proofs-of-concept developed because sometimes that is what we needed to move our projects forward. You don't find that kind of dedication from most vendors. Throughout our relationship with Fundmetric, they have been there to listen to our needs and provide any level of support required to be successful. Their focus remains on improving our fundraising capabilities by providing better insights to our donors and friends and guiding our engagement opportunities. There are so many facets to this software and how it an be used. Our biggest issue was deciding where to start. As with any new technology, there was some initial distrust and fear that had to be overcome before it gained acceptance.
