FullStory has given us so many valuable insights about customer behavior! We are able to quickly learn which features they are interacting with and which ones aren't resonating with them nearly as much. This has allowed us to deeply understand customer needs when creating our product roadmap. When we launch a new feature, we rely heavily on the data we collect from FullStory. We have tried several other similar products and FullStory is by far the most comprehensive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fullstory? We don't have any complaints about the software so far—we have found FullStory to be much more comprehensive and insightful than previous products we have tried with our team. We have been able to track bugs which allows our Membership Experience team to troubleshoot with customers. With this software, we are able to easily track individual users and understand why they are experiencing certain bugs, know which device they are using, and lots of other valuable data. We are also able to understand how our users are interacting with different features and pages on the app. Finally we can track customer engagement on our platform and see how long the users are spending on various workout sessions.
