What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like insights from session replay and the dashboards with alerts that can be set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

It was kind of difficult for service desk to integrate the Fullstory API in order to track java errors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
