What do you like best about Fullstory?

What I like most about Fullstory is its intuitive interface and powerful session replay. It lets me quickly see how users interact with our website, spot friction points, and troubleshoot issues without relying on guesswork. The AI-powered insights, searchable user sessions, and integrations with other analytics tools make it straightforward to turn behavioral data into actionable improvements, which saves our team a lot of time. What do you dislike about Fullstory?

One downside of Fullstory is that working through large volumes of session recordings—and filtering down to specific user behaviors—can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when I’m investigating more complex issues. Some of the more advanced features and analytics also take time to learn, and I’d like to see greater flexibility in dashboard customization, along with more transparent pricing as usage grows. What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fullstory helps us tackle the challenge of understanding why users struggle with certain parts of our website or product. With session replays, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics, it surfaces friction points we might otherwise overlook. As a result, we spend less time troubleshooting issues, can pinpoint confusing navigation and checkout experiences more quickly, and make data-driven improvements that boost user engagement and conversions.
