What problems is Fullpath solving and how is that benefiting you?

The CDP has become especially valuable to us because it gives our team a much clearer picture of customer shopping behavior and intent. With that data now becoming available directly inside VinSolutions, our salespeople and managers can better understand what a customer has been doing before a lead is ever submitted. That is a major advancement for dealership sales teams.

Their Nurture/Audience Activation technology also allows us to continuously work our database behind the scenes, identifying shoppers and automatically engaging customers through relevant email and text communication. The lead-handling bot adds another layer of response and engagement, while Connect creates a much cleaner and more useful mobile experience for website shoppers.
