I find Fullpath to be the easiest email blast software to use. The plain language AI feature is particularly valuable as it allows me to easily type out what I want, download the list, and hand it off for calls, saving me time compared to manually picking fields. The setup was very easy and fast, even though it was a while ago. I appreciate how creating buckets with strong shopper signals helps optimize our BDC's time. Using audience activation, it would be nice to save a project I'm working on part way when writing the actual email. It's annoying if it's not crafted fully before I need to go to a meeting or do something else. Also, I'd like standardized templates for downloading CSVs, so I don't have to remember which boxes people need when I make a bucket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
